About me
Life can feel like a battlefield when childhood wounds and the scars of abusive relationships leave their mark. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of pain, overthinking every interaction, doubting your worth, or finding yourself in painful situations, over and over again. You might wonder, "Why can’t I just move on?" or feel the weight of pleasing others while you carry an invisible but heavy load. I understand, deeply, what it means to navigate such emotional terrain because I’ve not only worked with many who’ve felt just like you but I’ve walked a version of this road myself and know firsthand the work, effort, and dedication it takes to reclaim your life.
In our work together, we'll create a safe space where you can unpack your pain, confusion, milestones, and joys without judgment. As a Counselling Psychologist, I use an integrative relational approach to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, regain power over your life, and rewrite your story.
You don't have to keep carrying the weight of your past or navigating the complexities of life on your own. Imagine a reality where you feel lighter, hopeful, grounded, clearer, more confident, and connected to yourself and others. Your transformative healing journey starts here and begins with one courageous step. Book your first session with me today!

As a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist, I have worked in various mental health settings such as Primary Care Services, Community Mental Health Services, charities, Children & Adolescent in-patient units, and high-secure prisons. My work specialises in supporting older teens and adults with complex presentations such as childhood or complex trauma, attachment and interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, difficulties in managing overwhelming emotions, and impulsive behaviour. I bring an integrative and relational approach to therapy, which means that I blend different therapy modalities such as CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, DBT, Narrative, and Trauma-focussed interventions and use the therapeutic relationship as a vessel for healing and self-exploration.
My professional and personal interests reflect my dedication to addressing systemic inequalities while empowering clients, particularly women, to reclaim their power and narratives.
Women empowerment through radical self-love, self-acceptance, community building, claiming our stories, and deconstructing what it means to be a woman in today's society is paramount to me.
Together, we will collaboratively work towards healing, growth, and self-actualisation and create transformative and sustainable change.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
