About me
Hi,
I work with those who are dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, self esteem and relationship difficulties, those who are Neurodiverse and just navigating life.
I also support many clients who are navigating the complexities of trauma and emotional pain. I create a safe and non-judgemental space. With many years experience of working with individuals affected by trauma, I understand the deep impact trauma can have on all areas of life from relationships to mental health.
My approach is holistic and collaborative working closely with each client to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, understanding and empathy.
Some of the modalities I can use in addition to talking therapy:
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
REWIND
DBT
Each session is tailored to meet your needs using tools and techniques to support you working at your pace to develop strategies that allows you to move forwards in life and away from being held by your trauma.
I offer both in person and online sessions to provide flexible options for your convenience. Whether you are just beginning on your healing journey or looking for further support I would be very happy to help you.

I have an advanced diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
REWIND Therapy
Additional training in CBT, DBT and Couples
