Are you feeling depressed, anxious, lonely or uncertain about your future? Are you facing difficult choices in your life? These are some of the reasons that people seek counselling. There are many more.
Counselling gives you a safe environment to explore the way you relate to others and cope with challenges. It can also enable you to explore how past experiences affect the way you deal with current situations in your life.
My Counselling Practice
I offer counselling one-to-one with adults, 16 years and over. I have experience of working with students.
I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgmental environment for you to explore issues in your life that you are currently facing.
What happens when you contact me?
When you contact me, we will arrange a suitable time to meet together. During the first session, you will be able to find out if you wish to continue with counselling. If you do, we can arrange further appointments.
How often would we meet?
I usually arrange counselling on a weekly basis. I work long term or short term depending on which is most appropriate for the client.
