Fiona Brook BA(hons) PGDip
I provide long and short term psychotherapy and counselling to individuals over the age of 18. My approach is humanistic, integrative and relational. This means I work in a collaborative way with my clients to explore difficult emotions, feelings or unhelpful behaviours. I work with adults from a diverse range of backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or sexuality. Psychotherapy can be helpful for dealing with specific issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression or bereavement. It can also be beneficial for more general difficulties such as feeling of being stuck or unfulfilled in life.

Areas of counselling I deal with
I offer a free initial phone consultation. This usually lasts about 15 minutes and gives you the opportunity to get a better idea of whether I'm the right therapist for you.
Face-to-face sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £45 per session.
Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. I'm happy to have a free initial consultation over the phone to answer any questions you might have about beginning therapy.
