About me

Specialising in relationships, loss and mental well being

Is day to day life feeling challenging?  We can all experience situations and emotions that leave us feeling confused, overwhelmed and unable to cope.   You may be finding you are having a struggle with life, relationships or self-esteem. Talking through your experiences with someone supportive can help gain more understanding of what is happening.

I am an experienced integrative counsellor, offering a warm, confidential, safe space for you to explore your life, thoughts, feelings and relationships.  My training means I can draw on a number of different approaches to assist you in discovering how best to meet your needs.   I can help you understand difficulties at a deeper level and find the best tools to help you facilitate the changes you want, to help you move toward a better quality of life.

My private practice is based in North Hertfordshire, please email or call me to ask any questions or to set up an initial session to talk about what you would like to get out of counselling; if you are happy to continue we can set up a further session.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with CPCAB level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, fully insured and registered with BACP.  I have experience in private practice, mental health and and bereavement.  I teach CPCAB Integrative Counselling in further education.
