About me
Are you finding life an uphill struggle at the moment? Firstly, congratulations on making the brave step to research counselling. Reaching out for support can be scary and unknown for many. I can offer you a confidential space with which to explore whatever may be bothering you, and look at ways to help you achieve your goals. As an integrative therapist I am trained in many different forms of therapy, with the focus always being on the client.
