Hi, my name is Faz Parkar and I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) accredited by the BABCP and an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, delivering evidence-based psychological therapy for common mental health problems, including Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Phobias and OCD to name a few.
As a therapist, I am enthusiastic and passionate about helping my clients to empower themselves so that they can improve their quality of life. This early desire to help and support people and make a positive impact on their lives sparked my interest in pursuing a career in mental health.
In addition to CBT, I am also trained to offer EMDR to my client's which is a psychological treatment for issues that are trauma-based. Visit my website - www.parkartherapy.co.uk to see further information about my training and experience.
Sessions are carried out via online or telephone. This way of working has proven to be an effective and convenient way to partake in therapy for my clients. I accept self-referrals and referrals from professionals.
I offer a completely FREE and no-obligation 20-minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs and to see if an assessment session would be beneficial.
If you have any questions or would like to book a session with me then please call or text me on 07497 382314 or click here to send me an email.
