About me

I am a fully qualified as MSc Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapy working in private practice at West London, East London and member of BACP.

As an integrative counsellor I offer short and long-term counselling to different age groups, three different languages and cultures background in face to face, telephone and Skype counselling.

My theoretical approaches to counselling are Person centred, CBT and Attachment. Person centred approach places a huge emphasis on the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. Which I see as a essentials element to a successful therapeutic outcome.

My style of therapy is to provide you a warm, confidential, supportive, non-judgemental and safe environment where you can explore you thought and feelings in more depth.

Exploration can increase you self awareness and that can provide you with the opportunity to make changes in the way you think, feel and behave.

So whether you are experiencing substance abuse addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, suicidal thoughts, mental abuse, sexual abuse, OCD, relationship issues and other problems. I hope to provide you a space where you feel understood.

During the therapy sessions, you will learn more about yourself as a person and how you relate to others. It will help you to discover the roots of your behaviour which can help to increase self-awareness, understand you’re cognitive and it will be able to make more sense of it.

I have work experience in various fields of employment more than 16 years such as Further Education College, School and Social service sector of working with children, young people, older people who are under care of social services.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
