About me
I am an art psychotherapist who specialises in working with children and adolescents.
I offer a safe and supportive space where distressing feelings and difficult experiences can be explored.
If you choose, art materials can provide a creative way to express and process emotions. My approach is psychodynamic, offering a thoughtful and reflective way to engage with your feelings and challenges.
Through the use of art materials, I create a non-verbal space for expression, which can be especially helpful for those who find it difficult to put their emotions into words or make sense of them
The goal of art psychotherapy is to facilitate long-term personal growth and change, helping individuals find new ways of relating to themselves, others, and the world around them.
I am a fully registered therapist regulated by the HCPC, committed to ongoing professional development and art-making to ensure informed and reflective in my practice.
I offer both online and in-person sessions and would be happy to discuss whether art therapy is the right approach for you. Feel free to get in touch to arrange a conversation.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MA in Psychodynamic Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths and an MA in Fine Arts from the Royal College of Art. My experiences and practice as an artist have profoundly influenced my therapeutic approach, deepening my understanding of how art can facilitate emotional processing, self-reflection, and the exploration of unconscious material. The unique combination of experiences and training enables me to guide clients in using creativity as a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
