Fabio Valenti (MSc, PG. Dip)
I offer professional and confidential psychotherapy and counselling to anyone who needs it.
All of us will at some point encounter difficulties in our lives. Sometimes these difficulties are overcome on our own. Often, however, we require some help.
Whether you are feeling depressed, struggling with anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, or just need a space to work things out, I am here to help.
I provide a safe, reliable, and structured space where you lead the work and are given the freedom to explore issues without judgement. Using a Psychodynamic model of therapy, I work with each individual according to their needs to assist lasting and meaningful change.
Rather than offer a mix of generalised therapies, I specialise in Psychodynamic therapy, which enables me to offer people a far more in-depth, professional, and transformative long term experience.
Feel free to contact me for an initial chat, where you can ask me any questions you may have.
