We are qualified professional counsellors working in Newry offering counselling for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, stress and anger management. We are members of the British Association & Counselling Professions (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS). Our counselling approach is adaptable, using a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Relationship Counselling and Integrative Therapy which includes Psychodynamic and Person Centred approaches. We see every client as unique and our therapy is geared to suit specific needs.

Training, qualifications & experience
We are qualified professionals governed by our professional bodies and a strict code of ethics with ongoing professional development in a number of recognised counselling methods including; Relationship Counselling with Relate(NI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT works with recognising how on a day to day basis situations can trigger unhelpful thoughts leading to low moods, irrational behaviours and a decline in physical well being.
CBT is recognised by the NHS as an effective way of treating a number of different mental health conditions.

Our practice is ideally located in a secure and private setting in Warrenpoint, less than 15 minutes drive from Newry and 25 minutes from Kilkeel which are within a 30 minute drive from surrounding areas such as Newcastle, Banbridge, Armagh, Portadown and Dundalk. There are good parking facilities adjacent to the building to ensure ease of access for our clients.
