About me

“The wound is the place where the light enters you”- Rumi. Do you experience this longing for joy, fulfillment, and conscious experiencing your life but do not know where to start? Want to regain control of your life because you feel like you are more of an actress than a director? Do you want to see meaning in the trauma and loss you have been through? Maybe you have always felt that you do not belong anywhere and want to find your identity? Do you feel lonely even though you are surrounded by others and do not know how to be yourself? Or maybe you feel anxious and fearful and want to know where it came from and how to heal
yourself? Do you need help with relationship issues because you do not know how to communicate your needs effectively? If you are looking for someone who will accompany you on this journey of discovering yourself, who respects and emphasizes when they hear your story then I am that person. I would listen without judgment and in confidentiality. Sessions
will be about you and how you experience the world around you. The most healing thing in therapy is the relationship so I will always be on your side. I provide a human and sincere approach to what you bringing to the therapy. My job is to be a mirror in which you will reflect and get to know yourself again. Training, qualifications & experience

I have received training in relational, person centered modality and I approach therapy from humanistic stance. I have experience with working with domestic abuse victims. I worked successfully with people from variety of different social backgrounds, faiths and ethnicities. My specialty and passion is work with Adult Children of Alcoholics.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
