I am a BACP Senior Accredited and Registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering therapy in English and French in Central Wimbledon near Wimbledon station. I work with both couples and individuals and my specialisms include bereavement, loss, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress and anxiety. As an integrative practitioner, I incorporate thought and principles of Buddhist philosophy to my practice and view my role as your companion on your path towards attaining a sense of peace and wellbeing.
If you feel overwhelmed by circumstances that led you to a sense of helplessness and isolation, I will strive to give you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, judgement free environment and confidential setting. It is my hope that feeling understood will help you gain clarity regarding your situation, and take steps towards resolving your problems as insurmountable as they might have seemed at the beginning.
My core beliefs are grounded in humanistic therapy although my overall approach is integrative. I believe that our relationship is essential to our work, therefore I try to adapt to what works best for you. In over 10 years of practice in the UK, I found that, by giving me the privilege of sharing their life experiences with me, my clients continue to be my best teachers. I work short-term or long-term depending on your goals and needs. I also offer video sessions and telephone sessions for those of you who travel or find it difficult to leave home for health reasons or other commitments.
