About me
I work with a combination of psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and humanistic approaches, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. At the heart of my practice are three core values: inner freedom, balance, and authenticity. I believe that living in alignment with your true self is key to a fulfilling life, and my goal is to help you reconnect with that sense of self.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected, therapy can provide a space to explore what’s weighing you down. I create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe and supported, because real change happens when you have the freedom to be yourself. My approach is collaborative—I walk alongside you, offering insight, tools, and yes, even a bit of humour when it’s needed.
I’m particularly interested in how past experiences and attachments shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. By understanding these patterns, we can break cycles that keep us stuck. At the same time, I integrate CBT techniques to offer practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. Therapy with me is not just about problem-solving—it’s also about self-discovery, resilience, and creating balance in your life.
Some sessions may be focused on deeper insights, while others will provide practical strategies to navigate immediate challenges. Whether short-term or long-term, our work together will be guided by your needs, at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that when you step into our sessions, you feel understood, valued, and, most importantly, not alone.
You won’t have to face this journey by yourself. Together, we create a space for healing, growth, and empowerment, helping you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels free, strong, and whole.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
