About me

Hi I’m Eve, I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and whether you choose to work with me or not, you’re in the right place just by exploring your options. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and finding the right fit is so important.

As an integrative therapist with a foundation in person-centred therapy, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace set by you. I offer a space where you can explore your inner world without fear of criticism or expectation. This is your time, and my role is to listen with empathy and understanding, creating a space where you feel truly heard.

Whether you are navigating overwhelming emotions, untangling past experiences, or simply seeking clarity, we will go at a pace that feels right for you, gently exploring what is on your mind in a way that feels safe and supportive.

If you’d like to explore how therapy might help, feel free to reach out!

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualifications:

BA Hons Counselling and Psychotherapy

Postgraduate Diploma in Children and Young Persons Wellbeing Practitioner

I have spent much of my career working and volunteering in the charity sector, supporting both adults and young people with their mental health and overall wellbeing.

Alongside this, I provide therapy to children aged 5-11 in primary schools, helping them explore their emotions and develop healthy ways to express themselves. Through a gentle and creative approach, I create a safe space where children can build confidence, process difficult feelings, and develop greater understanding of their emotions.

Whether working with adults, young people, or children (5+) , my focus is always on providing a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
