Eve Phellas BA (Hons) Counselling, Registered BACP (Accred)
Who am I?
I am an experienced counsellor and have worked with many clients to help them find a brighter future. I can help with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety and depression, relationships, parenting, bereavement, dementia, to name just a few.
How can I help?
I follow a person-centred, non-directive approach. By listening, empathising and giving reflective feedback in a non-judgmental environment, I can help you understand your feelings. Together we can explore your difficulties and find ways forward that are right for you.
Where do we start?
At our first session, we can discuss what’s troubling you and consider how counselling might work for you. I offer short or long term counselling depending on the issues we are working with.
