Hi, I’m Eve.
Working mostly online, I am a self-care coach, integrative therapist (BACP and IACP accredited psychosynthesis counsellor) and supervisor.

I mostly work online (secure video conferencing) and by telephone and have some availability for supervision, Single Session Therapy and brief therapy at the Tree Room in Colchester.

Training, qualifications & experience
To help you as quickly, effectively and ethically as possible, I integrate other therapies I am qualified and experienced in as appropriate. These include yoga therapy, mindfulness, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
It is always up to you - many of my clients like this integrative approach but if you only want counselling, that's absolutely fine.

I've served on the British Association for the Counselling Professions' (BACP)
Coaching Executive since 2014, initially as Specialist for Communications and, now (since January 2017), as Chair.

Certificate in Supervision - Advanced Supervision, Therapeutic Supervision, Group Supervision and CORE Supervision certificates in Integrative Clinical Supervision from the Centre of Supervision and Team Development (CSTD London). I completed my Integrative Clinical Supervision training in 2016 and was awarded overall certification in 2017.
