About me
Hello and welcome.
Reaching out for support takes courage. If you're reading this, you’ve already taken an important step. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply worried about what comes next, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported, without feeling judged. You don’t have to face this alone.
I work with adults of all ages and with young people, who are navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship issues, loss, identity questions, or a general sense of unease or “not feeling like yourself.” You don’t need to have the right words, just bring yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. I believe therapy is about helping you reconnect with your inner resources, make sense of your experiences, and find ways to live with more clarity, meaning, and self-compassion. It is about personal development. As an Integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, always placing you and your unique story at the heart of our work.
I bring two decades of experience not only as a registered counsellor (BACP) and accredited NCPS member, but also as a qualified Life Coach and educator to support people with clarity, confidence, and care. I have worked with clients experiencing cultural displacement, work-related stress and issues, bullying, and abuse, and offer sensitive, supportive exploration around these issues. My practice is inclusive and affirming. For clients who see spirituality or faith as part of their personal journey, this can be reflected in the work we do together.
I work in both English and Portuguese and welcome people from all walks of life, offering an inclusive, affirming space for exploration and growth. Most of my counselling work takes place online via video calls such as Zoom, providing flexible and accessible support while maintaining a warm, supportive environment.
Choosing a therapist is deeply personal, and it’s important you feel safe and comfortable. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you.
If this resonates with you, get in touch to book your free 15-minute discovery call.
You deserve to be supported. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
