I'm Esther Dench, founder of 'able therapy'.
I believe that everyone deserves to be mentally healthy.
I'm here to offer you support to help you understand your emotional experiences, empower you to explore your thoughts and reconnect with yourself.
It may be that you need help with dealing with past traumatic experiences or current difficulties, feelings of anxiety and depression, and/or relationship issues. It may be that you don’t know what is ‘wrong’ but would like some help to understand why you are feeling down and make some positive changes. Whatever your needs at this time, I will provide you with a safe, compassionate and confidential space to work on feeling mentally healthy, and staying that way.
Entering a therapeutic relationship can be daunting, but with 'able' you will be in good hands. I am fully qualified and insured, a member of the BACP and dedicated to continuing professional development to ensure you are accessing high quality, ethical and valuable therapy.
