About me
I’m Ester, a COSRT-registered, kink-friendly psychosexual and relationship therapist. I work with individuals and couples struggling with sexual difficulties. My focus is on supporting clients in connecting with their sexuality, their bodies, partners, and ultimately, in working towards fulfilling sex lives and relationships. Psychosexual and relationship therapy provides a space to explore challenges related to sexual desire, erections, orgasms, ejaculation, sexual pain, illness, sexual confidence, questions about sexuality and gender, aging, compulsive sexual behaviours, birth, parenthood, menopause, previous trauma, cancer, or other sexually related difficulties. I work with clients in various relationship styles, including poly/mono relationships.
My therapeutic style is rooted in sex and body positivity, recognizing the uniqueness of each person’s sexual needs, desires, and expression. I believe that sex and intimacy, when nurtured and attended to, can provide us with a unique space for self-expression, play, empowerment, creativity, and connection.
