Sekinat Adima - Essex Counselling Services
I am an integrative counsellor as well as a couple and relationship counsellor.
I trained with Relate and I am registered on Relates practitioners directory.
I have worked with Domestic violence survivors for 17 years before training as a counsellor. My experience with domestic violence led me to do couples work.
I work in a non judgemental and safe therapeutic way , maintaining a safe and confidential space for you through the difficult times. Supporting and empowering you to make informed decisions and choices about your life and steps you wish to take.
I have worked with many families on the issues of affairs, lack of intimacy and communication issues.
I also work with individuals on issues affecting them such as:
- self confidence
- relationship issues

I provide a safe space to talk, in a non judgemental way, the work i do is confidential and i adhere to BACP ethical guidelines of working.
