Emma Thornton Reg MBACP, Dip Coun,
1-3 Buller Road
I have worked as a Counsellor for 8 years ,
I went into Counselling so I could support people through difficult times as life has a way of stopping us in our tracks and sometimes we get stuck and need a new way of managing what life throws at us . Counselling can help.
I work with you at your pace it is a relationship that is 50-50
You have to click with each other as its about trust and working together.
I can not tell you what to do to make things right because what I would do is different to what you would do.
Together we can a find a way that is right for you this is your journey and I would be privileged to be part of your journey .
I am a Person Centred Counsellor and I am CBT trained which gives us another tool to use if required, you are in control and I work the way you like at your pace.
I see clients once a week but again this is up to you each session is 45 minutes .
Book initial appointment by contacting me by email or by telephone number provided
I can also offer mindfulness which is a technique to help relax and focus our minds .
