About me
I am an experienced mental health therapist, specialising in inclusive, affordable and accessible therapy. I graduated with an MA in Dramatherapy in 2016 and since then have broadened my clinical experience and understanding to work in schools, charities and frontline NHS mental health services.
Across my career I have gained extensive experience working with children and young people, families, professional staff and adults with mental health conditions, trauma, bereavement and neurodiversity.
I pride myself on being an adaptive, inclusive practitioner and offering my clients a safe, supportive and collaborative space in which to explore and problem-solve together.
I offer either online sessions, or face-to-face dependent on preference. No two sessions will ever be the same, and we will work together to consider your goals and how I can help you reach them.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
