About me
For me, it's about meeting you where you are right now. I provide a safe place where you are accepted and can be yourself. I guide and support individuals to explore other worlds, to help them make more sense of this one. The process is playful creative and non-threatening. The work comes from the ideas and issues that clients bring. I work creatively to promote psychological emotional and social change. It offers a safe environment for clients to explore, address and deal with personal and social difficulties techniques that can help you with a wide range of issues, including:
- depression or mood changes
- anxiety or panic attacks
- pull self-esteem
- relationship and family difficulties
- traumatic experiences
- PTSD
- self-harming behaviour
- loss and grief
- identity problems
- addictions
- personal growth
- self-awareness

I studied for six years as a Therapist and also hold an MSc in Drama Therapy. I am also skilled in mindfulness and CBT therapy and I'm registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Drama Therapists (BADT). I have been working in private practice for the last two years I work with both individuals and client groups. I have experience in working with a range of mental health issues with both adults and adolescents and I specialise in working with female trauma. I work with each individual's needs and help them find a suitable way to engage in sessions to address and resolve issues.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
