About me
I am a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I bring a deep and thoughtful approach to my work, grounded in both academic training and personal experience. My journey began with a degree in Addiction Psychology, which laid the foundation for my understanding of human behaviour and the complexities of change. I went on to complete a postgraduate diploma and a master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a particular focus on existential psychotherapy, which now forms the core of my practice.
My Therapeutic Focus - Addiction Recovery - Existential Psychotherapy - Anxiety, Depression & Emotional Management - Life Transitions & Personal Growth - Mindfulness & Meditation - Relationship Issues - Stress & Resilience Building - Buddhist Psychology
Existential psychotherapy helps me support clients as they explore life’s deeper questions, navigate difficult emotions, and find meaning in their experiences. I believe in creating a calm, safe space where clients can be themselves, without pressure or judgment. Whether you're new to therapy or have worked with other therapists before, my aim is to meet you where you are and walk with you through whatever you are facing.
Understanding that reaching out for help can be daunting, I am committed to providing a therapy experience that is both comforting and tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to offer a calm, judgment-free space that promotes personal exploration and growth, helping you feel supported and understood from the start. I offer sessions both in-person and online to fit into your schedule, ensuring you can access support when you most need it.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
