About me
I work with children, young people (8-25 yrs) & adults to move towards their goals using talking therapy and practical tools.
I am passionate that therapy should be fun & creative and work in a collaborative way so my clients look forward to our sessions together. If your child is under 8 years & having difficulties, please get in touch to discuss how a joint approach of child-led & parent work may be beneficial.
I am a BABCP Accredited Child & Young Person therapist. I have many years experience of working in a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based therapy to help manage symptoms of low mood, anxiety & stress. You will learn practical tools to help you to “live your best life”
If you are a parent or young person who is looking for positive change. Please get in touch to discuss how I might be able to help.
