About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist and I have been working therapeutically with adults, children and young people, individually and groups, for over twenty years.

Due to my training, I am able to offer a solid understanding of early childhood and how this may have impacted an adult’s life. Furthermore, I feel able to offer valuable support to parents who are finding parenting challenging.

Seeking help can give people an opportunity to share thoughts and feelings with someone who is not directly involved in their lives. A trusting relationship between therapist and client is pivotal and I understand the importance of providing a safe, supportive, honest and respectful environment for my clients.

I offer a warm, non judgemental and confidential service, and I understand that there are many reasons for seeking psychotherapy or counselling. I may offer to work creatively with individuals (such as sand tray therapy and/or art), however I do understand that some people would prefer solely talking therapy too.

So if you would like to discuss your concerns, please do get in touch and I will be happy to help, I look forward to hearing from you.
