If you have been struggling with personal issues and need to talk it through with a professional you have made the first important step. I aim to help you to get to the root of your issues so we can work through them, promote healing and relieve common problems such as poor sleep, overthinking, anxiety and depression to name a few. In addition, I offer a unique service for survivors of any form of sexual abuse (contact and non-contact). This is a 20 week therapy program that addresses every issue you may face in recovery from trauma, as a result of your experiences. This intensive, specialist course of therapy is specially designed to help you get your life back! It will equip you practically with the tools you need to not just survive, but thrive.
I am an integrative therapist so I use a variety of therapies to best meet your needs and goals. I am primarily person-centred, this means that I will essentially work with what you feel will be most helpful. The specialist therapy program for survivors is a set course of therapy combining various techniques (PC, CBT, ACT) that covers a different topic each week such as anger & relationships. Please contact me for the therapy program's information sheet which outlines all topics to be covered, the final session will be free of charge.
As a trauma survivor myself, I offer a professional service with real empathy and understanding having been in a similar place to perhaps where you find yourself today. Together we can help you find a happy you, and get you back in control of life again. Your suffering can and will end. Healing is a journey, take your first steps today with a free consultation.
Services are currently via telephone and online only, however, you can register interest for face to face counselling which will resume shortly.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
