Stuck, stressed, lonely? Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by life, relationships and work. Take time out with me to refocus, rebalance, reframe and find a path forward. Things will get easier. Feel like you're putting on a fake face? Questioning your personal worth? Finding it hard to talk to your partner or loved ones? I can help.
Reach out to me, the first step can sometimes feel like the hardest. Using psychological techniques I will help you feel differently about the things that are bringing you down. I can help.
What to expect
A warm reassuring space where you can share what you like without judgement. I'll mainly listen whilst imagining and feeling what your world is like. This gives me a sense of what's most important to you and shapes how I ask you questions and reflect on things.
When will you feel better?
All healing takes time. Some people feel better immediately. It may be the first time they've ever shared their thoughts and feelings with someone. Some people may feel worse before they feel better. I believe your environment and close relationships shape how you think and feel about yourself. It might help you to understand what you can and cannot control and in turn, start to work on the things you know you can change for the better.
