About me

With 16 years of experience, I provide you with a nurturing safe space where you will be at the centre of your counselling journey. With my guidance and experience to support you. I work with individuals couples, families and groups.

Exploring with you the issues, narratives and systems you are facing. Encouraging you to reflect in order to help you emerge from sessions with more clarity and a true sense of self. Transpersonal, family systems and LGBTQ+ are my specialisms.

I can offer a range of ways to explore with clients, by talking or by using creative methods. By providing you with a calming space for silence, breathwork and reflection. I want to hear your story and follow this at your pace, the struggles, pain and joy! Nurturing your soul to healing.

I am a qualified Supervisor of 13 years I have taught counselling and supervision alongside practising.

I have worked with many different adults and young adult clients. From many diverse backgrounds and issues.

I can work with groups and have facilitated many therapy groups over the years.

I have a passion for supervision as well as working with young adults and student counsellors.

I am trained as an integrative therapist. Qualified for 16 years now. I will work with you offering you a range of options as to how we can heal and nurture you through anything you have faced. I will explore with you and at your pace the reasons you are seeking support. I strive to make a strong professional connection where you can feel safe and heard. A space that is yours to explore anything that that you may be facing now, something from your past or worries about your future.


I am passionate about family issues, and relationships. The enviroments that you have experienced and need to explore further through talking or creative methods if you would like them. I can work with couples or with family members.


I am passionate about working with any LGBT+ and identity issues. I honour each client in the way they want to work and will explore with you what you would like from the work we do together. 


I can offer long or short term sessions online or in person in a lovely inviting space. Or online

I have taught counselling for 13 years alongside working with individuals. I can work with small groups and facilitate  a shared therapy space if needed online and some in person.


I am able to offer you some education in theory as well as supporting you to explore the reasons you are seeking therapy. My aim is always to nurture you and hold a safe space for connection and confidentiality.

I am highly experienced in working with those affected by Trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other neurodivergence. As well those with complex post-traumatic stress.

My passion is working with relationship issues to do with families or partners. And working with those from the LGBTQ+ community.
