About me

Welcome to my page, and thank you for being here.

Sometimes the things that feel like blocks or limitations can, over time, become openings—unexpected starting points for growth, healing, and self-discovery. In our sessions, we’ll create space to gently explore your inner world, at a pace that feels right for you. Your story will be met with care, curiosity, and respect—and through this process, meaningful change can unfold.

I see therapy as a fascinating journey that offers the opportunity to understand patterns, discover ourselves and reconnect with our strengths. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about uncovering what’s already within us: resilience, insight, and the capacity to grow.

If you’re considering therapy or feeling curious about starting, you’re very welcome to get in touch - I’d love to connect.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied at Hartwood Counselling & Psychotherapy School in UK, achieving the Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have also completed trainings in Systemic Theory, Community Psychology and Jungian ideas.

I hold a Master degree in Communication Studies, with a focus on psychology and individual and social empowerment, gained at the University of Turin (Italy).

I regularly attend workshops and seminars specific to topics of my interest and I am also member of the Existential Movement.

I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and I am committed to providing a supportive and respectful space for all clients.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

At the heart of my practice lies the person-centred approach. I see my role not as an expert providing answers, but as a facilitator supporting clients in discovering their own path.

To enrich this core, and to tailor the therapy around your uniqueness, I incorporate different methods such as Jungian ideas, existential philosophy, together with creative techniques to unlock emotions that may be difficult to articulate and foster a meaningful connection to your inner world.
