About me

I offer psychotherapy and counselling in central London, W1 and Little Venice, W2.

I work with clients on a long-term basis where in-depth psychotherapeutic work is required or short-term, focusing on a particular area. What is best for you is something that can be discussed upon in our initial meeting.

To facilitate self-awareness, I place particular attention in developing a trusting, safe and collaborative relationship. When one is clear in how they interact in relationships with individuals, family, employment or with life and its different stages, a stronger connection to Self begins to develop. This allows growth and well being as we seek to live more satisfying and meaningful lives.

My style of practice is Integrative, this means I draw from different psychological modalities, including psychodynamic, existential and creatively incorporate the transpersonal use of visualisations and dream work. Ultimately, my main focus is you, and for this reason I tailor the type of therapy to the individuals’ needs and presenting issues.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Post Grad-Psychotherapy (UKCP & BACP) Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from CCPE
  • BSc Psych
  • BA (hons) Journalism.

As part of my clinical work I see individuals in private practice and for the NHS; secondary care for WLMHT. My experience also covers Counselling in primary care for the NHS IAPT and facilitating groups for mental health charity Mind.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
