Ellie Simmonds BACP (Reg) Individual, Couple Counsellor and Supervisor
67-69 Widmore Road
Hello my name is Ellie and I know we can all become overwhelmed at times but by considering counselling you are taking the first step towards a happier life. You may have anxiety, depression, bereavement, or relationship difficulties. You may not know which way to turn and although friends and relatives are supportive you may not be able to confide in them. My goal in counselling is to support you in these difficult times and to enable you to make positive changes for your self. You will be able to talk to me about anything in a safe, relaxed, confidential, non-judgemental environment. Give me a call to have a no-obligations chat to find out more.
