About me

Hello, and welcome to my profile.

My name is Ellie, and for the past 11 years I have been supporting my clients with the struggles they might be facing.

Sometimes in life we know that seeking support might help us with our situation, but we might have fear or anxiety about 'opening up' to someone and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable.

Seeking support can be scary, I know this because I have been there myself.

So first of all, congratulations on making this first step. I know how difficult this can be!

What type of counselling do I provide?

The counselling I provide is non judgemental, informal and supportive.

I am a Level 5 qualified Counsellor and I offer Online Counselling - Nationwide across the United Kingdom. I also offer Face to Face Counselling in Coventry.

I specialise in supporting clients with a wide range of issues including:

Addictions, Anxiety,  Body Image, Confidence, Self Esteem, Negative Thinking patterns, Relationship Difficulties, Domestic Abuse,  Childhood Trauma, Paranoia.

How do I know whether counselling is right for me?

Prior to any sessions being scheduled with myself, I offer a free of charge 'Discovery Call' which allows you to explain your situation in more detail, and ask any questions about the service that I provide. This is a non-obligatory call and it provides you with the chance to identify whether you feel I would be the right kind of counsellor for you, and whether you think we would work well together.

How many sessions will I need?

This is a question I get asked regularly, and it is the right kind of question to ask! I would recommend for our sessions to take place weekly to begin with (as this is how we can build trust with each other) and then if appropriate, the sessions could then expand to bi-weekly or monthly sessions together.
