About me
During our first therapy session, we would use this to gain a clear understanding of what you are hoping to get out of your time in therapy. We would also use this time for me to get to know your background, your relationships and your culture, as the more I understand about you and your story so far, the more equipped I will be to understand how we might work together most effectively.
You have complete autonomy to bring whatever you wish to during our sessions and I work vigilantly from a place in which no detail, thought or feeling is insignificant, or 'smaller' than any other. It is my role not only to listen intently to what you are bringing to our sessions, but to highlight to you anything I feel you are bringing, that could be useful to our work, but may not have been noticed, or discussed before. We will work towards a deeper understanding of the self through the asking of open questions relevant to what you are bringing, sharing observations on how certain relationships or topics are discussed and doing exercises, to help work through certain challenges.
I'm an experienced and fully qualified counselling therapist, who adapts their therapy approach to each individual, depending on what they need from counselling therapy. I am based in West London and I offer face to face sessions just next to Earls Court tube station, or on Chiswick High Road. I also offer online sessions.
In order to arrange a session, or free consultation, you are welcome to give me a call on 07794245566 or alternatively, you can email me.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
