About me

What might happen if you gave yourself the time and space to explore what's really worrying you? Are you feeling anxious, sad, angry, lonely or lost? Or are you having problems within or after a relationship? Do you sometimes wonder if you might be depressed? Or perhaps you’ve been experiencing intense worry or panic, and you don’t know where this came from or what to do now?

Your first step on your journey towards healing is to start to allow these wounded, misunderstood, and neglected parts of your inner self to speak for themselves and tell their own story. Your innate inner capacities for creativity, resourcefulness and resilience have also got something to say, if you listen carefully.

Welcome to my site. I am here for you if you choose to make this journey. We all have the potential to change how we feel in the world, with others, and within ourselves. Together, we can do this. Call me or email to arrange a free telephone consultation and  I look forward to talking about how I might be able to help you.

I work relationally, meaning I'm interested in those forces which have shaped you throughout your life. I also offer you a collaborative, supportive, affirming relationship with me where, side-by-side, we can start finding ways of opening possibilities for those changes you most hope for, including improvements in your relatedness with others, sense of clarity, self-esteem and personal growth.

Previous clients have said:

"For the first time I can remember, I've felt properly listened to and heard."

"[After going through a divorce] Thank you for being there. You helped me keep it all together, and not lose sight of myself or the boys."

"Coming here meant I started to feel less alone in my head. I always struggled with thoughts about going mad, but you've made me realise that lots of people feel like I do sometimes, and talking with someone who understands has helped my panic and anxiety a lot."

I look forward to hearing from you if you choose to get in touch. You can call me on the number listed. or email , and we can talk about what's troubling you or what you might like to work on together.
