About me

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: I currently have availability for email counselling or video sessions on Saturday. Reach out if you need to support, I am here to help you through your struggles.

Hi my name is Liz, rather than list confusing qualifications (that I do have), I would be pleased to meet you online or on the phone for free and then we can find out if we can work well together.

I am here if you are looking for some additional support through a challenging time, trying to improve an area of your life or reflect on some aspect of the past and make changes. I can offer you a safe, reliable space to explore your concerns, worries, thoughts and feelings.

Confidential, Emotional Support for You

Online and telephone counselling is affordable, convenient and accessible and is now a popular choice to fit into busy lives and get support straight to where you feel most comfortable. Choose a medium that suits you best and get started:

  • Video is most similar to a face to face session, the preferred option,
  • Email can fit around the busiest of schedules as you write at any time over the week,
  • Telephone or instant messenger can be useful in the working day, whilst out walking or if you feel uneasy with video.

You simply find a quiet place, away from distractions, where you can talk or type on your device. This could be at home, in the workplace or somewhere in nature. The possibilities are endless so choose where you feel at ease or what fits into your schedule and we can start our sessions.

I offer a free 30 minute session to see how we could work together, look at your hopes and needs and answer any questions about how counselling can be most effective for you.

Give me a call, text or visit my website to book in your free session now: www.hexagononlinecounselling.com/contact

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
