About me

I'm a qualified accredited Integrative Counsellor, I have a garden therapy room based at my home, I offer a safe and calm environment.

I have worked with families over the past 25 years, either for childcare needs and pre and postnatal support.

I feel passionate about mental health and being able to offer people a safe environment to offload. Having struggled myself with postnatal depression after the birth of my daughter 18 years ago I am aware of how mental health can effect someone, and feel I am able to support others and offer that listening ear.

I offer sessions during the day and also evening sessions this can be face to face, online or over the phone. I also offer a walk and talk. All sessions are 50 min, this can be long or short term therapy.
