About me
Together we can work through any issues you are currently facing
Firstly, hello and welcome
About me
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist with a Degree in Counselling Science. I am a registered member of the BACP, meaning I adhere to their code of ethics.
I have extensive experience working together with Young People, Adults, Individuals & Couples and I work both short term and long term depending on your needs from counselling.
What I offer
You will be provided with a warm, welcoming and confidential space to explore any issues you are currently facing. Together we will figure out a way forward so life can feel manageable again. I believe given the right environment and support change is always possible, it may feel the contrary, however, this is where counselling can give you the support you need and additionally, offer you a new way of seeing your situation.
Prior to starting Counselling
We will meet for an initial consultation and assessment. You will be asked to provide some basic information which is merely part of routine practice. This is a great opportunity for us to meet and for you to get a sense of the way I work as a professional. You are welcome to ask any questions to give you clarity.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Services Offered
I offer two levels of service, Standard and Premium. This makes my service very unique.
The Standard service
This service is a standard level and offers you 50 minutes per session. It is usually recommended to have 6 sessions and then evaluate. However, it is also okay to have one or two sessions or more than 6 sessions. It depends on you as an individual and your needs from the counselling space.
The premium service
This service offers you extra counselling support in addition to your sessions. I recognise for some it is helpful to have support outside of the counselling sessions when you need it. If life becomes overwhelming you may need to vent to gain clarity or process feelings, or it may be you need to explore the issues at the moment they are impacting you. This service gives you that ability. This service is offered to individuals and couples and includes 6, 50-minute sessions weekly and unlimited telephone/email support between your sessions. T&C apply.
