About me
It's not that long ago my life was out of balance, and daily life was full of anxiety and stress. I frequently felt overwhelmed but struggled to see how things could be different.
I understand how worrying and draining it is, and how hard it can be to make changes when you can't see the solution. Life can often lead us to spend more time looking after and supporting others that we end up neglecting our own needs.
Life stages and changes such as childbirth, bereavement, relationship difficulties, illness or work issues can make things seem unmanageable, but I know there is a way and that's why I'm now passionate about helping people to make the changes they want and need to make so they feel happier and more in control.
I work in a solution-focused way drawing on a number of different approaches and strategies. I will take the time to learn about you, your life and experiences, where you are today and where you'd like to be. Then we can start making that happen. Perhaps you just need someone to talk to, to talk things through, or maybe you need a bit more help to make positive changes.
Why not take the first step to feeling better today and get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
Liz
