Hi, I'm Elizabeth nice to meet you ☺  . Life has its ups and downs so speaking with a professional can help you make sense of the difficulties and challenges you may face. I work very relationally, with a coaching and creative therapeutic style, I provide a safe, open,  non-judgemental space for you to explore , express and make sense of your difficulties. I hold a professional qualification in Integrative Art Psychotherapy and  a previous degree in Psychology.

I have developed my practice working in a number of settings. Namely working within the community with charities , in the NHS and school settings as well as private practice .

My counselling practice is inclusive of all races, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities and religious beliefs. I hold a Master of Science  in Integrative Art Psychotherapy (accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy)

I hold a Diploma in Adolescent  Counselling.

I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.

As a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I comply with the professional standards and ethics set out in the BACP Ethical Framework.
