About me

Life has its ups and downs so speaking with a professional can help you make sense of the difficulties and challenges you may face. I would be happy to support you on your journey through the difficulty. I offer a free telephone consultation.

As a qualified Integrative psychotherapist and Counsellor. I provide a safe, open, non-judgemental space for you to explore , express and make sense of your difficulties.I am there to listen to you with empathy whilst supporting you to think about the difficulties you are facing.

I have worked in mental health services for many years with adults, adolescents and children. Working with charities , in the NHS and school settings as well as private practice .

I specialise in supporting people through Anxiety, Depression , childhood issues,  Identity and Cultural Issues, Relationship Difficulties,Self Esteem, Confidence, Trauma and Stress.

It is very courageous that you are looking for support as managing things alone can be very difficult. If you are interested in experiencing what it might be like to work with me, please get in touch. We can arrange an initial session to get to know one another and find out whether the support I offer would be beneficial to you.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
