About me
Hello, I’m Ellie, a highly qualified integrative counselling psychologist with extensive experience in supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. Over many years of training and practice, I have developed a deep understanding of issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, chronic illness adjustment, and relationship difficulties. My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a compassionate and collaborative environment for healing and personal growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, alongside advanced training in EMDR, CBT, and CFT. When you choose to work with me, we will start with a thorough formulation to better understand the challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to address these issues and enhance your overall well-being and functioning. Many of my clients have shared how much more positive they feel after our sessions, noticing significant improvements in their mood and interpersonal relationships.
Mental health and happiness are so important, and by committing to high-quality psychotherapy, you are making a powerful investment in your future, as well as in the well-being of those around you. Our sessions will provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Please feel free to reach out for a free consultation.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
