About me

You may be seeking therapeutic support through a period of pain or loss, life challenge, or because you feel anxious, depressed, and not yourself. Or perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships, or stuck in self-defeating patterns of behaviour. I believe nothing is too great, small or 'strange' to bring to therapy. If it is affecting you, it matters.

I take a person-centred approach emphasising compassion, collaboration and authenticity. I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist, so our work together can make use of various models and techniques according to your unique needs and goals. I place great importance on developing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship necessary to promote healing, acceptance and growth from within.

Life can get us down, difficulties in our past may hold us back, or pressures can build up, and we can feel stuck and alone, or lose self-esteem and connection with our real selves. Change is difficult alone. By providing a non-judgemental, safe space and structured time for you to explore what makes you ‘you’, therapy can help you understand and face whatever is affecting you. In therapy, we will work together towards your own insights, to make sense of what is going on for you, and discover more satisfying ways of thinking, feeling and being yourself.

I can work with you for a fixed number of sessions or flexibly for an open ended period.

I offer sessions online or by telephone UK-wide.

If you have any questions, please do get in touch with me by email.
