About me
I am a fully Qualified Counsellor in every field I put my name to. I Work with Adults, Children and Couples in all areas such as Relationships, (Couples and 1-1, Teens and Blended Family situations) in helping all parties to cope, and manage the situation. Relationships covers many aspects of daily troubled life, and I can help. I work with Bereavement, both adults and Children & Young People, age 4 through play therapy to Adults who still have their inner child, I am also experienced and trained in working with children with Autism/ Aspergers, mild to moderate, deal with bereavement and all the above. I am an Internal and External Trainer for Cruse Bereavement Care, training New Volunteers to help others, both Adults and CYP, and have recently trained 3rd/4th year student teachers in Stranmillis University College, and St Mary's University College Belfast, deal with grief in the classroom, both for Primary and Post Primary. This is both through death, and other areas of grief (Separation, divorce). I work with Anxieties, Self Harm, Suicidal Ideation, Building Self Esteem, Sexual Identity, Bullying, Family Issues (Not Family Therapy), Anger and sleep difficulties. Dealing with Affairs (Before, During & After), and how to manage the children! As a Qualified trainer, I deliver talks within schools and in community groups on self-harm, managing anxieties, dealing with grief, team building, mindfulness, and teen relationships. For women/Men Yes, both!! on building self esteem, confidence and motivation, and how to take back control of your life. We All Need help! Let Me help You! :))

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
