About me

Hello, I'm Elaine – an Integrative Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges and fostering emotional well-being.

In my practice, I offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your emotions, examine past experiences, and understand how they shape your present life. My goal is to empower you to develop strategies for personal growth, resilience, and lasting change.

I believe in the transformative power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship. By using an integrative approach to therapy, I draw on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to tailor the therapy to your unique needs. I work with clients on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, and relationship challenges.

With a deep passion for supporting people through their personal journeys, I am committed to guiding you toward greater emotional well-being and helping you build resilience to overcome obstacles and life transitions. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to help you navigate that transformative process in a meaningful and effective way.

Seeking support for your emotional and mental health takes courage, and I am here to walk with you on that journey. If you're ready to take the first step toward improved well-being, I’d be honoured to work with you.
