Would you like some extra support to help you to deal with challenges which impact your day to day life? Whether you are experiencing a crisis or facing a long term personal challenge, I provide a highly confidential, non-judgemental, safe and supportive listening ear on an individual basis for adults (over 18's). I work on a short or long term basis to suit your needs.
One to one counselling will help you to better understand your thinking and behaviour. I will provide personal support so you can gain perspective and make positive informed choices in any aspect of your life or relationships. Often your goals will change over time as step by step you move forward. I will work with you at a pace that suits you to help you to achieve your goals whether they are related to your physical, emotional or spiritual wellbeing.
When struggling with physical and emotional ill health myself I couldn't find the support I needed. I founded Transforming Together as I realised that having the right personal support can help us to cope better and to enjoy life more fully. My service is called Transforming Together because I seek to work with you so that together you can find a pathway towards lasting positive transformation in your life.
Walk and talk outdoor therapy An increasingly popular way to combine talking therapy and gentle exercise is through my walk and talk therapy at the beautiful parks and beaches in Bournemouth. Many clients prefer that we walk and talk together saying being outdoors enables them to process their thoughts and feelings more easily, that it is less intense than facing each other in a room and the forward movement of our walking together can help them to imagine and achieve the changes they would like. Due to unprecedented growth in demand for this therapy spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Online and telephone counselling I offer online and telephone counselling in the UK and in many countries worldwide. Options include email, instant messaging, audio and webcam.
It would be my privilege to journey with you and to help you to not only survive but to thrive.
