Do you wish you could accept yourself more for who you are? Would you like to free yourself from so much worry, shame and fear? Are you tired of finding yourself repeating the same negative patterns of thinking and behaviour?
Counselling is a unique and often profound experience. It can be a chance to see yourself more fully for the first time in your life. Without all the clamour of everyday modern living, the counselling room is a space to begin relating to yourself in new and remarkable ways.
There is no right or wrong way to be in counselling. It is a personal conversation at depth where you will be met with tenderness, realness, high esteem and respect.
Relating to each other in this way can bring you into closer contact and connection with yourself and a certain alchemy can take place which supports you to free up your inner wellbeing and potential for growth, no matter the challenges you face.
Through the process of meeting regularly and in this unique way, you can experience yourself as acceptable and worthy in all your complexity and vulnerability. You may be drawn to care more deeply for yourself and find a greater sense of appreciation for your life in the moment.
You may begin to manage your fears and aversions with more kindness and confidence, enabling you to relate more authentically with your world and the people who matter most to you.
Counselling offers you the chance to encounter life with fresh thinking, to enter into the flow more fully and be enlivened by the process and less concerned with the outcomes.
Discover that you already have everything you need to thrive. Take some time in a safe and nurturing space where I will help you to explore your limits, doubts, worries, fears and losses so that you can uncover the emotional freedom to flourish.

The full rate is £50 per session. Each session lasts 1 hour.
Sessions take place on-line either via Skype or VSee, which is an alternative and secure medium dedicated to health and wellbeing consultations. Working online makes appointments flexible, convenient and comfortable and my approach is welcoming, open, respectful and non-judgmental. Get in touch to discuss your needs further.
There are no right or wrong things to bring to counselling and I will accept and respect whatever you choose to share and explore.
The first session can be an initial opportunity to meet and decide if counselling is right for you. If your issue is something that would be better resolved elsewhere, I can help with that too. At the end of the first session you can decide if you wish to continue but there is no obligation to do so.
