Hi, I'm Eileen an experienced and qualified therapist and nutritionist. You can book an appointment with me for:
- Counselling and Psychotherapy
- Nutrition and weight loss support
- Nutritional counselling
If you are feeling stuck, anxious or depressed making the time in your week to come and talk about what’s going on for you can make all the difference in the world. Positive changes in your life can take place even when those challenges seem overwhelming, distressing and confusing. Get in touch now and take a positive step towards making changes in your life.
If you have a long-term health condition such as diabetes, heart disease, fibromyalgia or coeliac disease support with managing your condition can be very beneficial. Are you training for a sporting event? Perhaps you would like some tips and advice on how you and your family can eat more healthily? Come and find out how making simple changes to your diet can help you to feel better both physically and mentally.
If you are struggling with weight issues I can help you. Often it’s a case that you absolutely know what you have to do to lose weight but for some reason (or reasons) you don’t have the ‘oomph’ to begin. You can get the support from me to get started and the ongoing guidance to be successful!
Nutritional counselling is my unique approach of combining therapeutic skills with nutritional knowledge. In nutritional counselling sessions we will make the connection between what you eat and how you feel; both physically and mentally. Nutritional counselling can be successfully applied to any health condition or health goal.
