About me

Along our journey in life we go through so many ups and downs. I think it’s important we understand and why we choose certain people to be in our lives, or why we put or find ourselves in certain situations. I want to help you understand and explore past patterns that have been destructive or questionable.

I understand taking that step into therapy and actually reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating. Well, I’m here waiting and inviting you into a non judgemental place where there is no fear or pressure.

Maybe a romantic relationship has broken down, or you’ve found yourself in a place where you treat yourself in an unkind way. I’m very interested to talk to you and find out how we can make changes and understand why we are where we are.

I have experience working with addiction, substance abuse, relationships, sexual abuse, bullying amongst many other things.

The therapeutic relationship we develop will be key, so please take that step and contact me for a free ‘get to know one another’ chat. I like to have a a conversation so we can discover what it is you’d like to achieve and what I can offer you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
