About me

I am a fully qualified, COSCA accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I work with adults of all ages from the age of 16.

I was a Trainer and Life Coach in personal development for 20 years.  I became interested in counselling about 12 years ago and I then studied with the Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre where I gained my Diploma in CBT. I have a particular interest in trauma work but deal with many other issues such as low mood, anxiety, stress, panic, social anxiety and low self-worth.

I am now working in private practice where I see people from all walks of life.

I am also a tutor on the Diploma in CBT course at Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre.
